The Role

• Oversee project delivery
• Manage a large site-based team
• Review specifications and plans
• Handle schedules and programming
• Interact with architects, engineers, and consultants
• Ensure adherence to project budgets
• Maintain health and safety standards
• Build and nurture relationships with key stakeholders

Skills & Experience

The ideal candidate should possess:

• Minimum 5 years experience in a similar role
• Carpentry certificate is advantageous
• Strong leadership skills with approachability
• Clear and effective communication abilities
• Relevant tertiary qualifications are a plus
