Job Overview

As a Senior Construction Engineer, your expertise will shine as you collaborate with various stakeholders to ensure the seamless development of 3-waters assets in Melbourne. Your role will involve on-site inspections, practical decision-making, and effective collaboration to maintain the city's high standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct on-site inspections, make real-time engineering and vegetation decisions, and resolve field-based issues.
• Provide input on the Site Environmental Management Plan (SEMP) to ensure compliance with environmental protection and health & safety regulations.
• Play a crucial role in project management, including financial aspects such as variations and cost options.

Your Skills and Experience

If you have the following qualifications and experiences, you might be the perfect fit for this role:

• Relevant Tertiary qualification in Civil/Environmental Engineering.
• Experience in Environmental, Geotechnical, SEMP’s, and/or Civil Engineering projects.
• Previous experience in the Land Development industry, preferably in site-based roles.
• Ability to handle simultaneous large-scale site-based projects with strong decision-making capabilities.
• Proficiency in interpersonal and negotiation abilities.
