Responsibilities

As a Senior Civil Project Manager, your primary responsibility will be the delivery of multiple projects, overseeing project managers, and driving significant construction revenue. Your role will involve collaborating with the New Business Manager and Estimators to maintain and grow the work pipeline in the region. You will also be instrumental in mentoring staff, monitoring project delivery, managing risks, and ensuring client satisfaction.

Requirements

The ideal candidate will have a robust background as a Civil Project Manager or Contract Manager with a strong business acumen. Experience in delivering construction projects totaling at least $150 million is required. Proficiency in CCS Candy and Microsoft Project is preferred, along with exceptional people skills and a strategic mindset.
