What We’re Looking For

We are seeking a dedicated Facilities Management Manager with experience in all aspects of facilities management. The ideal candidate will have strong contract management skills, a solution-focused mindset, and the ability to build relationships with stakeholders. You should be passionate about driving continuous improvement, able to work autonomously, and possess excellent communication skills.

Your Role

As the Facilities Management Manager, your responsibilities will include long-term planning, budget estimation, execution, and reporting within the Facilities Management scope. You should have experience in leadership, project management, and technical knowledge in buildings and equipment within large format retail, hospitality, or warehouse buildings. Additionally, familiarity with New Zealand building codes, safety codes, and relevant legislation is essential.
