To support our ambitious transformation program, we are looking for a talented Property Services Team Leader to lead and assist our team in providing statutory land use advice and property services related to transport assets.
Responsibilities
As the Property Services Team Leader, you will be responsible for: - Leading a team of six direct reports to deliver excellent customer service and timely property advice - Assisting the team with processing road corridor applications, including road stopping and disposal, leasing, licensing, and building line restriction removal - Ensuring all land is legalized upon completion of AT projects - Reviewing leases, licenses, and other land-related legal documents
Qualifications and Experience
To be successful in this role, you should have: - Seven to ten years of property experience - Previous team leadership experience - Expert understanding of property legislation and documentation - A tertiary qualification in a related discipline such as Property, Law, or Commerce - Experience working in a front-facing customer role or in a complex political environment
