Job requirements

- Relevant clinical psychology qualification - At least 5 years clinical experience - Current Annual Practising Certificate and professional medical indemnity insurance - Adaptable and open to testing innovative ways of working - Excellent verbal and written communicator and collaborator - Experience in complex rehabilitation - Ability to manage competing priorities effectively - High level of competence in using a wide range of digital platforms, particularly Microsoft 365

Job responsibilities

- Joining a skilled interdisciplinary team - Providing evidence-based clinical guidance - Optimizing rehabilitation outcomes for injured individuals - Developing new integrated ways of delivering clinical advice - Working with Clinical Advice Managers and specialists in Recovery Support - Maintaining professional boundaries and accountabilities - Participating in quality assessment and audit activities - Contributing to the strategic direction of Clinical Services - Supporting the Manager Clinical Services in achieving goals

Qualifications

- Familiar with ACC systems and processes - Proven successful experience working as part of an interdisciplinary team - Proven successful experience in managing self through change and uncertainty - Proven successful experience in working as part of a virtual team - Understanding of ACC legislation - Understanding of complex rehabilitation

- Ability to coach and support learning of frontline staff - Cultural awareness - Dedicated to contributing to a positive trusting culture - Open to new ways of measuring value and effectiveness
