Additionally, an understanding of the external socio-political environment and the ability to work collaboratively with stakeholders are essential skills for this position.

Skills and Experience Required:

- Minimum of 5-7 years' experience in health or public sector/local government policy - Bachelor's qualification in a relevant field - Experience in supervision, mentoring, coaching, and teaching - Ability to work in partnership with iwi/hapū, Māori, and/or Pacific communities
