The Position: Qualifications and Standards Analyst

As a Qualifications and Standards Analyst, you will play a crucial role in bridging the gap between industry needs and educational providers. Your main responsibilities will include identifying current and future industry requirements, developing standards and qualifications that align with industry demands, and driving transformative changes in the Vocational Education and Training (VET) sector.

Skills and Experiences Required

  • Knowledge of adult education or vocational education and training system
  • Ability to design products in a learning environment or possess transferable skills
  • Strong relationship-building skills with diverse stakeholders
  • Analytical thinking and critical problem-solving abilities
  • Excellent communication skills and a sense of humor
  • Self-starting and self-managing capabilities
