The Opportunity
As a Quality & Assurance Coordinator, you will play a crucial role in supporting the Crown's relationships with Māori under Te Tiriti o Waitangi. You will be responsible for overseeing quality assurance processes, managing complaints and compliments, analyzing feedback, coordinating audits, and supporting corrective actions. This role is based in the Northern Region, encompassing Northland, Waitematā, Auckland, and Counties Manukau.
Skills and Experience Required
To excel in this role, you should have experience in contract administration, complaint management processes, and risk assessment. Effective communication, organization, and attention to detail are key skills for this position. The ability to identify improvement opportunities, support team members, and maintain confidentiality are also essential. A solid understanding of quality improvement and Health and Safety legislation is advantageous.
