Quality Officer - Part time. Full-time Job

Key points

• Morning Shift 01:00am-06:00am Monday to Thursday (approx. 30 hours)
• Rare part-time Quality Officer Role
• Short-term temporary assignment estimated to be 3-6 months
• Day shift hours (01:00am – 06:00am) Monday to Thursday (approx. 30 hours)

Job requirements

• A tertiary qualification in Food Science, Food Technology, or a related field
• Extensive experience in Quality Control and Quality Assurance within the food manufacturing industry
• Proven ability to work effectively and independently with minimal supervision

Job responsibilities

• Coordinate HACCP for the site
• Raise and investigate non-conformances
• Test finished products
• Train production staff
• Conduct pre-op inspections
• Manage and perform internal audits
• Prepare COAs for customers

Qualifications

• A tertiary qualification in Food Science, Food Technology, or a related field

Skills

• Extensive experience in Quality Control and Quality Assurance within the food manufacturing industry
• Proven ability to work effectively and independently with minimal supervision
