Job Description

The Quantity Surveyor role will involve tasks such as tendering, estimating, project management, client engagement, and risk management. The successful candidate will work closely with the Senior QS & MD, contributing to the company's ongoing success in the construction industry.

Requirements

The ideal candidate should have a minimum of 5 years of experience in quantity surveying, along with a relevant tertiary qualification. A mix of residential and commercial construction exposure is preferred. Strong attention to detail, excellent communication skills, and the ability to collaborate effectively with stakeholders are essential for this role.
