About the Opportunity

As the Customer Experience Team Leader at the state-of-the-art Recreation Centre, you will be responsible for enhancing the digital and in-person student experience. Your role involves leading a team, implementing technology solutions, and ensuring top-tier customer service for over 20,000 users. Key responsibilities include team management, innovation, continuous improvement, and customer service excellence.

Qualifications and Skills

The ideal candidate for this role will have a background in fitness, health, or recreation, along with experience in team leadership and process improvement. You should possess strong communication skills, administration capabilities, and the ability to collaborate effectively with diverse stakeholders. Additionally, having a fitness-related qualification or equivalent experience will be advantageous.
