Strategic Pay is seeking a motivated Remuneration Consultant to join their Northern team. Responsibilities

As a Remuneration Consultant at Strategic Pay, your key responsibilities will include:

• Becoming an expert in remuneration management methodologies
• Providing advice on remuneration and rewards for clients' executives and staff
• Assisting clients with annual salary reviews using specialized software
• Developing short and long-term incentives
• Identifying opportunities for business development
• Facilitating workshops and training sessions

Qualifications and Skills

The ideal candidate for this role will possess:

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Proficiency in Excel and spreadsheet analysis
• Interpersonal and relationship management capabilities
• Background in Payroll, HRIS, or Human Resources
• Degree in Human Resources, psychology, business studies, or equivalent experience
