About the Role

The main objective of this role is to coordinate and administer learning operations and programs, maintain employee learning records, and provide guidance on learning and development. As a crucial part of project work, you will support the implementation of learning strategies and initiatives to improve operational efficiency.

Key Responsibilities

  • Planning, coordination, and administration of learning operations and programs
  • Maintenance of attendance records and learning assignments
  • Acting as the main point of contact for learning-related queries
  • Regular review and maintenance of learning tools and materials
  • Working with external partners to coordinate learning initiatives
  • Providing advice on internal learning offerings
  • Collaborating with the People & Culture team to provide learning support

Skills and Experience Required

The ideal candidate should have practical experience in a coordination role, preferably in HR or L&D. Strong planning, organizational, and time management skills are essential, along with excellent interpersonal and communication skills. Experience in project-based work and the ability to work autonomously are also key requirements.
