Position Overview

First Security is offering an exciting opportunity for an experienced Senior HR Advisor to join their Group People Operations & Strategy team in Mount Wellington, Auckland. The role involves providing case management support to leaders, offering advice on complex employment issues, and ensuring the success of the company's people and business.

Responsibilities

  • Offering case management support to leaders
  • Providing timely and practical advice on policy breaches and investigations
  • Resolving employee/industrial relations issues through negotiation
  • Conducting workplace investigations
  • Supporting managers in addressing performance management issues

Requirements

The ideal candidate should be tertiary qualified with experience in resolving employee relations issues, interpreting industrial agreements, and providing HR advisory services with a focus on customer satisfaction. Strong communication skills, judgement, and attention to detail are essential.
