Are you a dynamic mortgage advisor with less than two years of experience in the field? Are you passionate about changing the status quo and helping individuals achieve their dream of owning a home? If so, Aera is looking for you to join their full-service team in Auckland.

Requirements

To be considered for the role, you should: - Love guiding individuals through the home ownership journey - Have 1-2 years of experience in securing home loans - Be Level 5 (lending) qualified and accredited - Be enthusiastic about communicating with people, assisting them in planning their path to home ownership, and providing ongoing support - Have the right to work in New Zealand and be based in Auckland

Responsibilities

In this role, you will not be required to focus on sales or generating leads. Instead, your main focus will be on nurturing, coaching, and advising clients to help them achieve their goal of owning a home in a shorter timeframe.
