About the Company
Are you an experienced financial restructuring, turnaround, and insolvency professional looking for a new challenge? We are representing a leading advisory firm in Central Auckland that specializes in assisting under-performing companies facing financial distress or crisis. With a strong presence in the region, our client is expanding their specialist offerings and seeking professionals at the Manager to Senior Manager levels to join their team in the second half of 2024.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide technical advice to businesses in financial distress
- Conduct fraud investigations
- Offer financial and strategic advice through independent business reviews and appraisals
- Create and analyze 3-way integrated financial forecast models
- Handle restructuring, business turnaround, and insolvency work
- Lead formal appointments such as receivership and voluntary administration engagements
- Collaborate with clients across various sectors from SMEs to multinationals
The Ideal Candidate
If you have 4-6+ years of experience post-qualification in financial restructuring, transaction services, valuations, or forensic services from a Big 4 or Mid Tier firm, this opportunity is for you. The ideal candidate should possess relevant certifications (CA/CPA/CFA), strong leadership skills, and proficiency in financial modeling and advanced Excel. Experience in managing big data is a plus but not mandatory.
