Job requirements:

- Proven sales experience in the roofing or construction industry - Strong knowledge of roofing systems and materials - Ability to read and interpret construction plans and blueprints - Certification or training in construction management - Familiarity with local building codes and regulations - Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation

Job responsibilities:

- Meet with potential clients, present solutions, and provide detailed quotes - Identify and pursue new sales opportunities - Assess project requirements, materials, and labor costs - Create and deliver detailed proposals - Work closely with project management and installation teams - Stay updated on roofing products, trends, and competitors - Maintain strong client relationships

Qualifications and Experience:

- Proven sales experience in the roofing or construction industry - Strong knowledge of roofing systems, materials, and installation processes - Ability to read and interpret construction plans and blueprints - Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills - Proficiency in using Tradify - Certification or training in construction management or a related field - Familiarity with local building codes and regulations
