Join Our Team as a Sales Administrator with Customer Service Experience

We are looking for a dedicated Sales Administrator with a passion for Customer Service to join our team at Colour Evolution. Your primary responsibilities will involve processing quotes and orders accurately and efficiently in our Print & Transfer department. Additionally, you will also be involved in our Laser Etching department, so experience with Adobe Illustrator would be beneficial.

We have the only textile laser in the country and a growing embroidery team equipped with the latest technology. Key Responsibilities

• Process quotes and orders accurately and efficiently
• Communicate closely with production co-ordinators to manage deadlines
• Provide excellent customer service and find workable solutions for customers
• Maintain clear and concise communication with customers from various industries
• Recommend suitable garments and decoration options to fulfill customer needs
• Attention to detail and multi-task effectively

Qualifications and Skills

To excel in this role, you should have:

• Previous experience in a similar industry
• Comfort in a fast-paced environment
• Strong command of the English language, both written and oral
• Ability to learn quickly and adapt to new information
• Team player with a sense of humor and warmth

Additional Details

This is a fixed-term role for 12 months to cover parental leave, with the potential for a permanent position after the contract ends. The role offers flexibility in hours and a competitive hourly rate of $30 - $32. Our central location in Eden Terrace, Auckland, provides on-site parking, and we are open to negotiating flexible hours to accommodate your needs.
