Job Description:
The position is primarily full-time, although part-time work arrangements can be considered. While office attendance is required, there may be an opportunity for remote work, which can be discussed during the interview process.
Responsibilities:
- Customer Service (Phone, email & counter enquiries)
- Sales Order Entry (Ostendo ERP Software)
- Maintaining Installation/Appointments Calendar
- Wages (Smooth Pay)
- Invoicing (Ostendo ERP Software)
- Receipting Creditor Invoices/Accounts Payable (Ostendo ERP Software)
- Debtors Control
- Bank Reconciliations (Moneyworks)
- End of Month Closing Procedures
Working Hours:
The office hours are from 7:30 am to 4:00 pm, Monday to Friday. However, flexibility in working hours can be discussed to accommodate individual needs.
