A small but long-established manufacturer specializing in wire and metal products is seeking an experienced office administrator to join their team. With 19 staff members, the company has a strong presence in the industry and offers a collaborative work environment.

Job Description:

The position is primarily full-time, although part-time work arrangements can be considered. While office attendance is required, there may be an opportunity for remote work, which can be discussed during the interview process.

Responsibilities:

  • Customer Service (Phone, email & counter enquiries)
  • Sales Order Entry (Ostendo ERP Software)
  • Maintaining Installation/Appointments Calendar
  • Wages (Smooth Pay)
  • Invoicing (Ostendo ERP Software)
  • Receipting Creditor Invoices/Accounts Payable (Ostendo ERP Software)
  • Debtors Control
  • Bank Reconciliations (Moneyworks)
  • End of Month Closing Procedures

Working Hours:

The office hours are from 7:30 am to 4:00 pm, Monday to Friday. However, flexibility in working hours can be discussed to accommodate individual needs.
