Role Overview - Sales and Account Consultant

As a Sales and Account Consultant, you will report to the National Business Development Manager and be responsible for achieving sales and financial budget targets for First Aid. You will manage key business accounts, generate new leads, and ensure clients receive a quality customer experience. Your role will focus on promoting Red Cross's work and helping clients maintain a compliant and safe work environment.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage client relationships for Territory accounts. - Collaborate with the Team Leader Products to understand the product portfolio. - Monitor and track performance using organizational technology. - Participate in sales and product training. - Make regular sales calls on current and potential customers.

Qualifications and Skills

To be successful in this role, you should have: - 3-5 years of experience in face-to-face sales or key account management. - Strong communication and problem-solving skills. - Ability to work independently and proactively. - Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and CRM systems. - Excellent written and verbal presentation skills.
