Job requirements:

- Strong communication, presentation, and networking skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and PowerPoint
Job responsibilities:
- Support business objectives and deliver successful outcomes
- Identify, support, and develop associates to increase enrolments and sales coordination
- Track and assist associates in achieving incentives and rank advancements
- Organize and present at meetings, events, and roadshows (including offsite and after-hours)
- Leverage social media to promote the brand and engage with associates
- Collaborate with marketing to execute product training and branding initiatives
- Coordinate recognition programs, reporting, and associate support activities
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
- Mandarin-English Bilingual
- At least 3 years of experience in direct selling or coordination or administration support
Skills:
