Position Overview: Sales & Customer Experience Manager
As the Sales & Customer Experience Manager for IKEA Sylvia Park in New Zealand, you will play a crucial role in engaging, inspiring, and uniting the team to prioritize the omnichannel shopping experience and customer satisfaction. Your responsibilities will include leading the Sales & Customer Experience team, driving exceptional shopping experiences, and ensuring customer satisfaction and sales profitability across all touchpoints.
Qualifications and Responsibilities
- Minimum 5 years' experience as a Sales Manager or equivalent in a large retail business
- Experience in leading commercial action plans, maximizing sales, and ensuring long-term profitability in an omnichannel retail environment
- Strong financial acumen with the ability to work with goals, KPIs, and costs
- Proven track record of delivering a customer-first culture and mindset in a retail landscape
- Ability to analyze market potential, collaborate with stakeholders, and ensure optimal market performance
- Utilization of consumer and customer insights to improve conversion rates and customer satisfaction
- Skills in coaching, developing teams, and fostering a high-performance culture
