About the Role: Sales Manager - Wholesale

The Sales Manager position at Nature Baby is a key role in driving international sales growth through wholesale channels. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 3-5 years of experience in sales and export, particularly in wholesaling apparel to department stores and independent retailers. Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills are essential for fostering existing wholesale relationships and identifying new opportunities for international expansion.

Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with the Wholesale Manager to lead and grow new and existing wholesale accounts
  • Build strong partnership-style relationships with key accounts to maximize growth opportunities
  • Conduct marketing activities, analysis, and recommend market strategies to increase sales and market share
  • Provide in-store training to ensure customers understand the brand's unique selling propositions
  • Create compelling marketing materials in collaboration with Brand and Digital teams
  • Manage wholesale stock levels, ordering process, and deliver outstanding customer service
  • Complete administrative tasks to ensure the smooth running of the Wholesale department

Requirements

  • 3-5 years' experience in a sales and export role
  • Background in wholesaling apparel to department stores and independent retailers
  • Advanced communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills
  • Commercial awareness and ability to negotiate mutually beneficial outcomes
  • Strong computer skills in Excel, Outlook, Word, and sales software
