About the Role
As a Functional SAP Lead specializing in S/4HANA, MM, SD with a focus on the retail sector, you will be instrumental in the ongoing SAP implementation project. Your role involves analyzing business requirements, designing tailored solutions, and ensuring seamless integration with existing systems. Strong expertise in store merchandising is essential for success in this role.
Responsibilities
- Devise, build, test, and roll out SAP solutions for merchandise planning aligned with business goals
- Ensure harmonious integration of SAP solutions with industry best practices
- Provide technical and functional assistance, resolve issues, and offer training to end users
- Supervise the SAP Merchandise team for project delivery within set timelines and budget
- Collaborate with other SAP teams, vendors, and consultants for seamless integration and issue resolution
Requirements
- Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
- 5-10 years of SAP project delivery experience in merchandise planning within the retail sector
- Proficiency in SAP SD, MM, PP, and AFS modules
- Prior involvement in full lifecycle SAP implementation projects
- Ability to work independently or collaboratively, demonstrating initiative and flexibility
