Job requirements:

- Proven experience in programme delivery and customer service in a fast-paced environment - Strong organisational, time management, and communication skills - Ability to work effectively within a team while displaying a positive attitude - Proficiency in Excel; experience with NetSuite would be advantageous - Ability to engage with Māori and Pacific customers with cultural competency - Experience in preparing detailed reports and maintaining comprehensive records - Demonstrated ability to identify emerging issues that may impact success

Job responsibilities:

- Execute the daily delivery of the School Programme, maintaining high standards of service - Support the implementation of additional school-related projects and initiatives - Provide timely, creative, and high-quality service and support for partner school centres - Monitor all aspects of the School Programme on the portal, promptly resolving issues - Maintain comprehensive records of all customer interactions within NetSuite - Facilitate and coordinate the onboarding process for new partner schools - Assist in the creation and documentation of processes for the School Programme - Prepare monthly School Programme reports, ensuring accurate information - Report any procurement and operations issues and collaborate with teams to resolve them effectively - Actively participate in team meetings, contributing to discussions and decision-making

Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (preferred)

Skills:

- Strong organizational and time management skills - Excellent communication skills - Proficiency in Excel and NetSuite
