Senior Accountant Opportunities in Agri Specialization

We are currently seeking experienced Accountants to fill multiple Senior Accountant positions specializing in the agriculture sector. The roles are based in Christchurch and Ashburton, offering competitive salaries and healthcare benefits.

Key Responsibilities:

• Preparation of Financial Statements
• Work closely with directors
• Develop client relationships
• Provide advice to clients in the agriculture and rural sector
• Complete GST and tax returns for a diverse client portfolio
• Assist in managing other team members
• Handle other ad hoc tasks as necessary

Requirements:

• Minimum 4+ years' experience in a CA firm, preferably in agriculture
• Excellent communication skills
• Proficiency in accounting software such as Xero
• Detail-oriented with the ability to manage a team effectively
• Enjoy working autonomously
