Intermediate Accountant Full-time Job

Responsibilities

• Preparation of management reports, budgeting, forecasting, financial statements, tax returns, and BAS for a portfolio of clients
• Committed to delivering exceptional service to clients
• Liaising with statutory authorities on behalf of clients
• Supervising and reviewing workpapers and financial statements
• Building relationships with clients to provide planning, consulting, and expertise
• Ensuring timely and accurate management of workflow and invoicing

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in a CA environment
• Full CA ANZ or equivalent qualification
• Exceptional client service and relationship-building skills
• Strong knowledge of New Zealand's tax accounting, compliance, and tax returns
• Hands-on approach with effective communication skills
• Attention to detail and ability to work within deadlines and budgets
• Familiarity with MYOB, Xero, and Microsoft Office
• Proven expertise in bookkeeping, accounting principles, and regulations
