Responsibilities

  • Own the corporate model and forecast long-term financial performance.
  • Provide data visualization for performance reporting.
  • Assist in mergers and acquisitions, capital raising, and special projects.
  • Collaborate with Business Development Manager on financial modeling for new projects.
  • Support investor relations program delivery.

Requirements

The ideal candidate will have a background in corporate finance, investment banking, or relevant corporate roles related to mergers and acquisitions, financial modeling, and capital markets. Strong commercial acumen, communication skills, and the ability to work autonomously are key. Experience with PowerBI is a plus but not required.
