Responsibilities

• Collaborate on key M&A deliverables
• Conduct buyer and industry research
• Perform transaction and trading comparables analysis

Qualifications

• 1-3 years of corporate finance or advisory experience
• Postgraduate studies, CFA, or equivalent preferred
• Strong financial modeling and valuation experience
• Analytical and interpersonal skills with a commitment to excellence
• Proactive, self-starter with a genuine interest in M&A transactions
