Key Responsibilities and Qualifications

As the Business Development Executive, you will be responsible for managing client relationships, developing new business strategies, and effectively communicating the organization's KiwiSaver solutions to financial advisers. Reporting to the Head of Sales and Distribution, you will have the opportunity to work within a market-leading investment team and champion the organization's approach and product offerings.

To excel in this role, you should have previous experience in winning new business, outstanding client service delivery, and a natural hunter mentality. Strong sales and negotiation skills, polished communication abilities, and a self-starting approach are essential. Additionally, having relevant industry qualifications such as AFA or CFA and knowledge of asset classes and investment strategies will be advantageous.
