About the Role

In this position, you will have the opportunity to work on a diverse range of dispute resolution matters and manage complex litigation files from inception to resolution. Collaborate with a respected partner, you will have the autonomy to handle cases independently while receiving the necessary support and guidance to succeed. Your responsibilities will include managing commercial and civil disputes such as property disputes, contractual disagreements, construction issues, insolvency matters, regulatory challenges, and liability claims.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage intricate commercial litigation cases and provide strategic legal counsel to esteemed clients. - Lead and mentor junior lawyers to help them grow professionally. - Handle a variety of disputes including financial services, insolvency, property, construction, company issues, judicial reviews, and intellectual property matters. - Represent clients in high-stakes cases before different courts, including the High Court, Court of Appeal, and Supreme Court. - Collaborate with a team of experienced lawyers to contribute to the firm's ongoing success.

About You

To excel in this role, you should possess: - 7+ years of PQE in litigation with a broad mix of civil and commercial litigation experience. - Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a knack for problem-solving. - A solid academic background. - Previous experience in a reputable firm, preferably medium or large in size.
