Key Responsibilities

• Provide expert business advisory services to a diverse range of clients, including those in the agricultural sector.
• Analyze financial data, identify trends, and offer strategic recommendations to optimize client performance.
• Work autonomously in a fully remote capacity, demonstrating self-motivation and initiative.
• Collaborate effectively with team members, ensuring seamless communication and coordination.
• Demonstrate strong analytical and problem-solving skills in addressing complex financial challenges.
• Show a keen interest in advancing to a managerial role and contribute to the growth of the firm.

Qualifications and Skills

• 3-5 years' experience or more in a New Zealand CA firm, with a strong background in accounting and advisory services.
• Experience working with rural clients is highly advantageous.
• Passion for the agricultural sector and a drive to make a meaningful impact in this industry.
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Proven ability to work independently, manage priorities, and meet deadlines with precision.
• Strong analytical mindset.
• Ambition to grow professionally and take on increasing responsibilities within the firm.
