The Business

The company sells products and services globally, yet has remained under the radar for many years. As a Finance Manager, you will play a vital role in the accurate and timely delivery of financial and management accounting tasks.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the finance team to ensure timely financial deliverables
• Present financial performance and provide value-add commentary
• Prepare monthly group financial management reports
• Complete monthly, quarterly, and yearly financial reporting
• Collaborate with External Auditors and offer support
• Manage ad hoc projects assigned by the GM of Finance

Requirements

To be considered for this role, you should be a fully qualified accountant with experience in leading teams, particularly within businesses with global operations. Ideal candidates will have a background in mid-tier or big 4 CA firms, showcasing technical accounting skills in complex environments. Strong interpersonal skills are a must, along with the ability to inspire and develop reports while advising senior stakeholders.
