Senior BAS Manager Full-time Job

Growing CA practice in ramp up mode in Central Auckland is seeking a Senior BAS Accountant to join their team. This fantastic opportunity offers a base salary of 140K-160K plus benefits. As a senior member of the BAS team, you will work closely with the Principal and other team members on a variety of clients from different industries.

Key responsibilities include:

• Owning end-to-end tasks for an established portfolio of clients
• Preparing financial statements, tax planning, and other compliance duties
• Reviewing the work of junior staff members
• Managing workflow to ensure jobs are completed within budget
• Building and managing client relationships

The ideal candidate will have:

• Past experience in a New Zealand Accounting firm at a reviewer level
• Solid working experience with Xero packages and add-ons
• Strong knowledge of NZ IRD tax requirements
• Excellent stakeholder management skills
