Job responsibilities:
- Support the Head and Sous Chef in a busy kitchen - Coordinate daily tasks with the Sous Chef - Supervise junior chefs and commis - Estimate daily production needs and ensure quality standards are met - Maintain high-quality production, preparation, and presentation of food - Operate and maintain department equipment - Foster effective communication and a friendly working environment - Assist and encourage others in meeting deadlines - Perform any other duties as required by seniors
