Role Overview

As a Senior Civil/3 Waters Engineer at Holmes, you will work on diverse and challenging civil engineering projects locally and across New Zealand. You will have the chance to contribute new ideas, innovation, and thinking to complex, large-scale infrastructure projects. In this role, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining positive client relationships, providing technical leadership to your team, and coaching and mentoring engineers to deliver excellence.

Requirements

The ideal candidate will have experience in infrastructure design, particularly in 3 waters and hydraulic modelling. Knowledge of HEC-HMS Modelling and river hydrology, including scour protection, is essential. Strong project management skills and the ability to build and maintain client relationships are also crucial. Experience in the NZ regulatory environment and people leadership skills are highly desirable.
