The Role

As a Senior Civil Engineer in this company, you will take on a leadership role, managing projects from start to finish, overseeing design work, and leading small design teams. You will also be responsible for maintaining client relationships and ensuring project success within budget and on schedule.

Responsibilities

• Lead civil engineering projects from concept to completion
• Conduct design work for land development and commercial/industrial buildings
• Supervise and mentor junior staff
• Liaise with clients, stakeholders, and contractors
• Manage project budgets and schedules

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related field
• Minimum of 8 years' experience in civil engineering
• Strong technical skills in civil engineering design
• Knowledge of New Zealand standards and regulations
• Attention to detail and commitment to high-quality work
