About the role

As a Site Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of site management, including mentoring junior staff members. Your daily tasks will include managing subcontractors, ensuring project delivery aligns with the program, scheduling, and providing management and direction to site supervisors. You will also be in charge of preparing site reports and overseeing health and safety protocols.

Skills & Experience

The ideal candidate will have experience managing projects exceeding $5 million, specifically in high-end commercial fit-outs like office spaces. Familiarity with the New Zealand market is a plus, showcasing your ability to navigate local industry practices and regulations.
