Opportunity Details

This role presents a unique opportunity to leverage strong analytical and lateral thinking skills within an evolving HR Reporting team. The responsibilities include utilizing data sources to explore, define, shape, and measure the effectiveness and value derived through various People Systems. The position involves designing workforce and people metrics reports for HR-related business improvement, information management, processes, system integration, people analytics, and presenting data insights.

Qualifications and Experience

• Tertiary qualification in a relevant discipline (e.g., Human Resources, Finance, Business Economics, Data Science)
• 2-5 years of experience in a corporate environment, such as Human Resources, Payroll, or Finance
• Expertise in SQL, BI/Reporting tools like SSRS, Tableau, and QlikView
• Exceptional communication and relationship-building skills
