Your Responsibilities

• Lead and mentor junior geotechnical engineers
• Develop strategic visions for the geotechnical engineering department
• Build and maintain client relationships
• Find innovative solutions to engineering challenges
• Manage project budgets effectively
• Communicate complex ideas to technical and non-technical stakeholders

Qualifications and Skills

• Geotechnical CPEng certification
• 8+ years of engineering consultancy experience
• Recognized NZ Degree (BEng) or equivalent
• Proven track record of leading geotechnical engineering teams
• Experience in managing complex geotechnical projects
• Deep understanding of geotechnical engineering principles in New Zealand
