Civil Engineer Full-time Job

Intermediate-Senior vacancies available, all due to business expansion

Salary range: $100,000 (Intermediate) to $150,000+ for CPEng

Location: Auckland Central

The Company: A specialized consultancy with a strong presence in Land Development is seeking Intermediate to Chartered (CPEng) Civil Engineers to join their Auckland office. They are currently experiencing significant growth and looking to expand their team of multi-disciplined Engineers, Surveyors, and Planners.

The Role:

• Undertake and oversee complex engineering projects
• Ensure revenue and invoicing requirements are met
• Provide cultural and people leadership to mentor high-performing teams
• Communicate effectively with clients and contractors

Key Skills:

• 5+ years of consultancy experience as a Civil Engineer
• Proficient in Civil 3D or 12D design
• Knowledge of AutoCAD, HEC-HMS, and HEC-RAS
• Experience in running projects from start to finish
• Strong communication skills
