About the role

We are looking for a Health and Safety professional to help transform the mindset, behavior, and skill set of our workforce. As part of our highly regarded business, you will lead the development of Health and Safety operations, manage and oversee a direct report (H&S advisor), build a positive Safety culture across the business, provide guidance on using the Safe365 framework, conduct site visits, identify risks through audits, develop inductions, training plans, and more. Your role will involve reporting, documentation, and analysis to ensure a safe work environment.

Skills & Experience

The ideal candidate will have experience in a similar role within the local market, a Bachelor's Degree (or similar) in Health and Safety, and strong knowledge of New Zealand Health and Safety regulations. You must have a proven track record of implementing Health and Safety systems, strong leadership skills, and effective communication abilities.

About the company
