With a positive outlook for the next 12-24 months, they are seeking a Land Surveyor with 2 or more years of experience to join their dynamic team.

Key Responsibilities as a Land Surveyor

• Conduct land surveys using advanced equipment and techniques
• Analyze survey data and prepare reports, maps, and drawings
• Collaborate with project teams to ensure survey requirements are met
• Utilize GIS and CAD software for accurate data interpretation
• Maintain records and documentation in compliance with industry standards
• Communicate effectively with clients, stakeholders, and regulatory authorities

Requirements for the Role

• Tertiary qualifications in Surveying
• 2-5 years of experience in land surveying
• Proficiency in surveying equipment such as total stations, GPS, and laser scanners
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
• Proficiency in GIS and CAD software (e.g., AutoCAD, ArcGIS)
• Knowledge of New Zealand surveying regulations and standards
