Job Responsibilities

As a Senior HVAC Project Manager, you will work closely with design teams, contractors, and clients to ensure successful project execution. Your responsibilities will include developing project plans, defining project requirements, creating budgets, leading project teams, enforcing quality control standards, and maintaining accurate project documentation. You will also serve as the primary point of contact for clients and provide technical guidance and support to project teams.

Qualifications and Skills

To excel in this role, you should have relevant certifications and qualifications in project management or HVAC, proven experience in project and logistics management, extensive knowledge of HVAC systems and equipment, and at least 5 years of experience in the NZ market. Strong organizational and communication skills, attention to detail, problem-solving abilities, and experience with expediting roles are also essential.
