Job requirements:

- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or related field. - 7+ years of experience as a Manufacturing/Production/Process Engineer. - Hands-on technical experience in a manufacturing environment. - Previous experience in coaching or leading a team. - Experience with project management and continuous improvement projects.

Job responsibilities:

- Lead production processes for existing and future vehicles. - Develop and optimize production and test operations. - Mentor junior team members on industry best practices. - Provide onsite support for production and testing. - Review and approve design for manufacturability. - Train production staff on manufacturing processes.

Qualifications:

- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in Engineering or related field. - 7+ years’ experience in Manufacturing/Production/Process Engineering. - Previous experience in coaching or leading a team. - Hands-on technical experience in a manufacturing environment.

Skills:
