Overview:

Are you passionate about media planning and trading in an agency setting? We are an independent media agency offering a unique opportunity to work with a dedicated budget for professional and personal growth. As a Media Exec or Senior Media Exec, you will collaborate closely with our Media Director to manage an Ecommerce client and oversee campaigns across TV, OOH, Radio, and Print channels. If you have 1-3+ years of experience in media planning and trading, we want to hear from you!

Job Details:

- **Company Type**: Media Agency - **Work Arrangement**: 3 days in the office, 2 days remote - **Client Focus**: 1 Ecommerce Client - **Salary Range**: - Media Exec: $65K to $75K package (all inclusive) - Senior Media Exec: $75K to $85K package (all inclusive)

Roles & Responsibilities:

Campaign Implementation:

- Execute media plans across selected channels. - Identify the best media mix to achieve campaign objectives. - Collaborate with clients and internal teams.

Campaign Optimization & Monitoring:

- Continuously monitor campaign performance. - Track key performance indicators (KPIs). - Analyze campaign data for improvements.

Campaign Reporting:

- Gather data from various sources. - Analyze performance data and derive insights. - Prepare comprehensive reports for clients.

Client Communication:

- Provide regular updates on campaign progress. - Deliver presentations to clients. - Collaborate with clients to adjust strategies.

Requirements:

- 1-3+ years of experience in media planning and trading. - Proficiency in monitoring campaign performance. - Strong relationships with media partners and clients.
