As a Senior Motor Assessor, you will lead a team of assessors to ensure optimal customer service and quality in the assessment of motor claims. You will play a key role in managing assessments, handling complaints, and driving operational efficiency to enhance the overall customer experience.

Requirements for the role

• Minimum of 3 years' experience in insurance assessing in the NZ market
• Trade Qualified – Panelbeater
• A passion for the motor industry and a commitment to innovation
• Proven track record in leading teams to deliver superior customer service
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to use data and analytics for decision-making
• Knowledge of claims management software and technology
