## Responsibilities As the Business Development Manager, you will inherit a trusted book of clients while also focusing on generating a robust pipeline of clients for the servicing brokers. Your day-to-day activities will involve: - Building strong relationships with client portfolios and ensuring customer retention - Developing new business opportunities and actively engaging with prospective clients - Negotiating rates and terms with underwriters to secure favorable outcomes - Managing existing commercial client portfolios by addressing policy changes and endorsements - Analyzing client requirements to deliver optimal insurance cover solutions

## Qualifications To excel in this role, you should have a minimum of 3 years of experience in the insurance industry and hold a Level 5 qualification. ## Location and Compensation **Location:** Auckland Central **Salary Range:** NZD 100,000 - 130,000 per annum
