What You'll Do

As a key member of our team based in Newmarket, you will be involved in managing significant infrastructure projects in Auckland and Northland. Your role will focus on fostering positive stakeholder relationships, conducting negotiations, and ensuring successful project outcomes. Some of your responsibilities will include:

  • Leading landowner negotiations for land acquisition for infrastructure projects
  • Engaging with stakeholders and the public for consultation
  • Conducting property due diligence and cost estimation
  • Providing advice under relevant acts and regulations
  • Managing property projects and collaborating with multidisciplinary teams

Skills, Experience & Qualities

We are seeking a skilled and experienced property professional with the following qualifications and attributes:

  • A relevant tertiary qualification in property, legal, or a related field
  • 5+ years of property experience
  • Knowledge of the Public Works Act and/or Local Government Act
  • Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
  • Excellent report writing and attention to detail
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Project
  • Problem-solving abilities and creative thinking
  • Full Drivers Licence
